Terms of Service

Effective: August 19, 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between LuckBoxer ("we", "us") and users of the mobile game RandomFortress and related services (the "Service").

2. Definitions

• User — anyone who uses the Service under these Terms
• Account — the entitlement created when you sign in with Google or Apple
• In-game currency — electronic data such as gold, gems, or stamina usable only inside the Service
• Paid items — in-game currency or goods acquired in exchange for payment

3. Effect and Amendment

(1) These Terms take effect when posted in the Service or on this page.
(2) We may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, giving notice at least 7 days before the effective date, or 30 days where the change is unfavourable or material to you.
(3) If you do not accept an amendment, you may stop using the Service and delete your account. If you do not object within the notice period, you are deemed to have accepted it.

4. Formation of the Contract

The contract is formed when you accept these Terms and create an account through social sign-in. The Service is intended for users aged 14 and over.

5. Provision and Modification of the Service

(1) We aim to provide the Service 24 hours a day, all year round.
(2) We may suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, equipment replacement, or network failures, with prior notice where practicable and subsequent notice where it is not.
(3) We may change game content, rules, and balance values. This is inherent to a live game service; material changes unfavourable to users will be announced in advance.

6. In-Game Currency

(1) In-game currency is a licence to use features inside the Service and has no monetary or property value.
(2) It may not be transferred, sold, or pledged to others except through methods we provide.
(3) If you delete your account or the Service ends, remaining in-game currency is forfeited and is not refunded except where required by law.

7. Paid Services and Withdrawal

(1) Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store, which handle your payment details.
(2) Under Korean consumer protection law you may withdraw your purchase within 7 days of the purchase date.
(3) Withdrawal may be restricted where:

• the item was used or applied immediately upon purchase;
• an included bonus has already been consumed;
• opening the item constitutes use (for example, randomized items).

(4) Refunds follow the policy and process of the store where the purchase was made. We cooperate as needed.
(5) Where a minor made a purchase without the consent of a legal representative, the purchase may be cancelled.

8. User Obligations

You must not:

• use another person's account or personal data;
• use memory editors, modified clients, macros, bots, or other unauthorized means;
• knowingly exploit bugs or errors for unfair gain;
• infringe our intellectual property or the rights of third parties;
• harass, abuse, or use hateful language toward other players;
• trade accounts or in-game currency for real money;
• overload our servers or otherwise interfere with the Service.

9. Restrictions

(1) We may issue warnings, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that breach Section 8, in proportion to the breach.
(2) You may appeal to support@luckboxer.com; we lift the restriction promptly if the appeal is justified.
(3) In-game currency obtained by improper means may be reclaimed.

10. Account Deletion and Termination

(1) You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the game.
(2) Deletion permanently removes your account, progress, currency, and ranking records immediately and irreversibly.
(3) Purchase records we are legally required to retain are kept separately from your account for the period stated in our Privacy Policy.
(4) We may terminate the contract where you materially breach these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All programs, graphics, music, and text in the Service belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from them without our prior consent.

12. Advertising

The Service may include advertising. Rewarded ads are optional and grant in-game rewards when watched. How advertising identifiers are used, and how to opt out, is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

(1) We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, power failures, or carrier outages.
(2) We are not liable for loss arising from causes attributable to you, such as device faults, your network conditions, or failure to safeguard your account.
(3) We are not obliged to intervene in disputes between users and are not liable for resulting loss.
(4) Nothing in this section excludes our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

14. Discontinuation of the Service

If we discontinue the Service we will give notice in-game and on this page at least 30 days in advance, and will handle unused paid items in accordance with applicable law and content user protection guidelines.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
